4-Minute Pancakes

I am sure that many people never tried making pancakes because they think it’s too complicated. Especially when you have a small baby your time becomes precious. For that reason I try to simplify classic recipes and make them more handy for everyday life. This recipe revealed itself when I was trying to impress my baby and let him try something new for “gouter”. Gouter is a french equivalent for tea-time, a light snack in the afternoon. Usually I give him fruits and cookies, and so I thought it was time to try something new.

It takes only 4 minutes to make the pancakes. You can have them sweet or alternatively replace banana and maple syrup with fresh herbs.

Serve them with sliced banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, ricotta or baby yoghurt.
