I still can’t get over the fact that Christmas is around the corner! And I can’t imagine a Christmas meal without shredded, pan-fried, steamed or baked Brussels sprouts.
In America, this little vegetable has become a symbol of Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations. But As for me, I can have my Brussels sprouts any time of year, all year round. And just because I like to be ‘seasonal’ with my recipes, most of the time, I decided to go ahead and post it just in time for Holiday Celebrations.
To tell you the truth, I stumbled across this great idea while on vacation in LA. I was surprised at how much people like their B. Sprouts there. You could literally have them at any restaurant. So this is how I tried my very first Brussels sprouts Caesar, and It was phenomenal. so I ve decided to make a vegan version out of it. And of course I made it warm, to be more seasonal about it.
