Back in my boarding school days my friend from Korea always used to bring a bunch of Korean food with her. That’s when I first tried Korean seaweed, which I immediately fall in love with.Since then I would always have a stack of it in my kitchen.
One day I have realized that I ran out of my favorite snack, so I had to come up with something to replace it. Luckily I had Savoy cabbage in my fridge. And this is how I ended up making this healthy snack that turned out to be a new obsession in our family.
